Let me take this time to introduce Mark Boucher Consulting, a subsidiary of CMM Quarterly. We offer CMM consulting, training, and programming. You may view our services at www.mbccmm.com

Over the Web Support

One of our services is providing Over The Web support. James Mannes offers PC-DMIS support over the web. This means that he will be able to view your CMM computer's screen, and interact real-time with you on the issues at hand. This type of support is more efficient and more effective than the standard phone support services some companies are providing. If your company uses GOTO Meeting, WebEx, or any other over the web sharing we would be happy to use your existing connection. If your company doesn’t have this resource we use GOTO Meeting.

We offer this service for $100.00 an hour, available in 2 hour blocks. You are not required to use the entire 2 hours but any usage of an hour, i.e. 15 minutes, counts as an hour. You may bank the second hour if needed.

How Billing Works

When the funds have been paid you will be contacted by James Mannes to schedule the support. NOTE: Currently, all appointments are being booked starting at 4:00 p.m. CST
